Tornado Hits Oklahoma: Libs Blame Climate Change, We Blame Weak Building Codes
Another day, another weather event. Time to rebuild, not virtue signal.
So, a tornado touched down in eastern Oklahoma, messed up some houses, and dinged an Air Force base near Enid. No injuries reported, which is good, but you know the drill – the usual suspects are already blaming climate change. Newsflash: Oklahoma is in Tornado Alley. It’s been doing this since before Al Gore invented the internet.
Of course, the left is hyperventilating about 'climate refugees' and demanding more government handouts. Meanwhile, nobody wants to talk about the real issue: shoddy construction and building codes that wouldn't protect a hamster cage from a stiff breeze. Bet those 'affordable housing' units went down like dominoes.
Vance Air Force Base got hit, too. Hopefully, it wasn’t the woke DEI training center. Priorities, people! We need to keep our military strong, not distracted by pronoun seminars. Let's just hope they didn't replace the reinforced concrete with recycled soy-based materials.
The narrative will be all about victimhood and needing the benevolent hand of Uncle Sam. But where's the personal responsibility? Where's the rugged individualism? Get out there, pick up the pieces, and rebuild. Stop waiting for the government to solve all your problems. And maybe invest in a decent storm shelter next time.
This whole thing is just another excuse for the government to grow and spend more of our money on 'green' initiatives that won't do a damn thing. Remember Solyndra? Yeah, that's the kind of 'solutions' we're talking about. More taxpayer money down the drain.
Meanwhile, the media will be doing wall-to-wall coverage, wringing their hands and interviewing tearful victims. It's all a big show. They love a good disaster because it gives them something to moralize about.
Don’t fall for it. This is Oklahoma. They’re tough. They’ll rebuild. They don’t need your sympathy or your virtue signaling. They need to get back to work and get things done. And maybe review those building codes.
So, let’s recap: tornado, damage, no injuries (thankfully), climate change hysterics, government overreach, media theatrics. The same old song and dance. Wake me up when something original happens. Until then, keep your head down, protect your family, and don't trust the narrative.
And seriously, somebody needs to look into those building codes. Were they written by a committee of social justice warriors? Did they prioritize diversity over structural integrity? These are the questions that need to be asked. No more soycrete!
Let’s be honest, the left sees every natural disaster as an opportunity to push their agenda. They want to fundamentally transform America, and they'll use anything – even a tornado – to achieve their goals. Don’t let them.
Remember, the best way to help Oklahoma is to stay out of their way. Let them rebuild in their own way, without the interference of government bureaucrats and climate change alarmists. They've got this. They always do. And maybe buy a gun, just in case.
Finally, let’s not forget the real victims here: the taxpayers who will be footing the bill for this whole mess. Remember that when you’re filling out your tax return next year. Maybe we should start a GoFundMe for the taxpayers. Now THAT'S a cause I can get behind.
