This whole “human-elephant conflict” is just code for “farmers getting screwed because leftist policies are empowering literal tons of tusked tyranny.”

Let's be honest, these elephants aren't exactly model citizens. They're basically welfare queens of the animal kingdom, except instead of swiping EBT cards, they're gorging themselves on hardworking farmers' rice paddies. And what happens when these farmers try to defend their property? They get slapped with virtue signaling from the Prius-driving crowd who’ve never worked a day in their lives.
