Shreveport: Kids Dead, Politicians Gonna Virtue Signal About Guns (Again)
Another day, another mass shooting, another round of pearl-clutching from the elites who don't give a damn about the root causes.

Shreveport, LA – So, eight kids are dead in Shreveport. Real tragedy. One to fourteen years old. Savage. Police Chief Wayne Smith says ten people got shot at like 6 a.m. on Sunday. You know what's coming next? The usual suspects lining up to tell us it's ALL ABOUT GUNS. As if some law is gonna magically stop evil. Wake up, sheeple.
The Beltway bubbleheads will be all over the TV talking about banning AR-15s. Bet. Because, you know, criminals totally follow the law. It's not like they get their hardware through, oh I dunno, illegal channels? Or maybe they just decide to use a different weapon. Knives work just fine, ask the Brits. Cars too. Intent is the problem, not the tool. Remember the school bus driver? Exactly.
Nobody wants dead kids, okay? Except maybe the ghouls who use them as props for their political agendas. This ain't about safety. It's about power. It's about control. It's about disarming law-abiding citizens while letting the actual problems fester. Like, maybe, the breakdown of the nuclear family. Or the glorification of violence in our culture. Or the utter lack of hope in some of these communities. Nah, can't talk about that. Too real. Too messy. Easier to blame the Second Amendment.
Where's the outrage about the fact that some scumbag was even ABLE to get close enough to these kids to do this? Where's the discussion about securing schools, about empowering parents, about rebuilding communities from the ground up? Crickets. Because those solutions require actual work and maybe a little bit of personal responsibility. Much easier to yell about guns and pretend you're doing something.
And let's not even start with the mental health angle. Suddenly everyone's a psychiatrist when it suits their narrative. But try getting actual, affordable mental healthcare in this country? Good luck with that. It's all talk, no action. The elites virtue signal, we get more dead kids, and the cycle continues. Rinse and repeat.
So yeah, Shreveport is a tragedy. But don't fall for the narrative. Don't let them exploit this for their political gain. Think for yourself. Ask the tough questions. Demand real solutions. And maybe, just maybe, we can start to fix this mess before it gets even worse. But probably not. We're too busy fighting each other over nonsense while the country crumbles around us. Sad.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna keep my Second Amendment rights, thanks. And maybe buy some more ammo. Just in case. You know, for reasons.
Oh, and remember when Beto said he was gonna take our AR-15s? Still waiting, buddy. Come and take 'em.
