So, this Nobel Peace Prize winner, Narges Mohammadi, wrote a book from prison in Iran. Shocker. Turns out, being locked up by a theocratic dictatorship isn't exactly a five-star experience. Apparently, there's beatings, medical neglect, the whole shebang. Who could have guessed?

She got the Nobel Prize for… being arrested a bunch of times? Fourteen arrests, to be exact. For “activism.” Which, in Iran, probably means saying something mean about the Ayatollah on Twitter. Or maybe she just showed her hair in public, who knows. Either way, she's been sentenced to 44 years and 154 lashes. Sounds like a blast.

Apparently, she wrote a memoir about it. It's called A Woman Never Stops Fighting. Catchy. She describes solitary confinement as “torture.” I bet. And the medical neglect? Apparently, it's systematic. Like, they're not just incompetent, they're deliberately trying to kill her with bad healthcare. Evil.

She even lost 20kg after being rearrested. That's, like, four AR-15s worth of weight. Found unconscious after a “heart attack.” Probably just indigestion from the prison food. Kidding (mostly).

Her family’s calling it a “slow execution.” Dramatic much? But seriously, it's bad. Real bad. Pulmonary embolism, seizures, multiple infections, chest pain. Sounds like a pre-existing condition to me. But seriously, the neglect is deliberate, systematic, and evil.

Fellow prisoners smuggled out her writings. Risky move. Hope they don't end up sharing a cell with her. Or worse.

The book will cover her early life, her parents, her activism, and her time in prison. Sounds like a real page-turner. Perfect beach reading material. Not.

Let's be honest, none of this is surprising. Iran is run by religious nutjobs who hate freedom, hate women, and hate anyone who disagrees with them. It's been this way for decades. And yet, we're supposed to negotiate with them? Give them money? Let them get nukes? Clown world.

This is the regime the Left wants to cozy up to. The same regime that chants "Death to America". But hey, at least they are anti-imperialist or something, right?

It's time to stop pretending that Iran is anything other than a rogue state that needs to be contained. No more deals, no more appeasement, just strength and resolve. And maybe a few well-placed drones. Just sayin'.
