Navy Wives Gonna Navy: Year-Long Deployments and the Taxpayer Tab
Another year, another bunch of sailors gone fishin' while their wives max out the credit cards — where's the accountability?

So, another year, another story about those poor, poor military families. Turns out, when you sign up to defend freedom (or whatever), you might actually have to, y'know, leave for a while. These year-long naval deployments are supposedly taking a toll. Wah wah.
Look, nobody's saying military families don't make sacrifices. But let's be real: isn't this the gig? You marry a sailor, you know he's gonna sail. It's not like they sprung this on them. And all the hand-wringing about the emotional toll? Get a grip. People been dealin' with separation since, like, the dawn of time.
The real kicker is the taxpayer-funded pity party. Counselors, financial assistance, respite care? Seriously? Sounds like a sweet deal. Maybe I should join the Navy just to get my lawn mowed for free. And all this talk about uneven access to resources? Translation: not everyone's gettin' enough free stuff. Typical.
And don't even get me started on the psychological impact. Kids are anxious? Spouses are stressed? Welcome to being a grown-up. Maybe they should try pullin' themselves up by their bootstraps instead of waitin' for the government to solve all their problems. It's a joke. It's always somebody else's fault.
Oh, and the Navy's acknowledging the challenges and exploring strategies. Translation: more money down the drain. They'll probably hire some diversity consultant to tell them it's all about systemic racism or somethin'. The woke-ification of the military continues apace, folks.
Seriously, though, where's the personal responsibility? Where's the accountability? These families knew what they were getting into. It's time they toughened up and stopped expectin' everyone else to pay for their problems. I mean, c'mon. The price of freedom isn't free therapy. Is it?
And the children! Dear God, the children. What about teaching them to be self-reliant instead of mewling for handouts? What about instilling some good old American grit and determination? No, instead they get coddled and medicated. No wonder this generation is soft. Thanks Obama. Or was it Biden?
So next time you hear about these poor, oppressed military families, remember who's payin' for all this. And maybe, just maybe, ask yourself if it's really worth it. Probably not. MAGA! WAKE UP SHEEPLE!
