NATO Freaks Out Over Romanian Drone, But Still Won't Do Anything
Russia buzzes NATO's Eastern flank – is this what 'deterrence' looks like?

So, a Russian drone apparently dinged an apartment in Romania. Two injured. Cue the pearl-clutching from NATO. Mark Rutte, fresh off…whatever it is he does these days, declares NATO’s ready to defend “every inch.” Yeah, right. We’ve heard that song and dance before. It's the 'red line' all over again.
Let's be honest, if Russia really wanted to test NATO's resolve, they would have done it already. But they know NATO is a paper tiger. All bark, no bite. A few strongly worded statements, maybe some symbolic troop movements, and then back to business as usual. The Europeans are too busy virtue signaling about climate change and illegal immigration to actually invest in their own defense. Guess we'll just keep subsidizing their social programs with our military spending.
Meanwhile, Ukraine is still bleeding. Sweden, bless their virtue-signaling hearts, is donating some old Gripen fighter jets. Peachy. That'll stop Putin. Meanwhile, Zelenskyy’s probably got his hand out for more money, which will promptly disappear into some offshore bank account. This whole thing is starting to look like a money laundering operation disguised as a war.
And let's not forget about Bibi in Gaza. He's ordered his army to seize 70% of the territory, violating the ceasefire. But hey, at least someone is willing to play hardball. It's all about projecting strength, unlike NATO and this clown show in Ukraine.
Oh, and back here in the good ole US of A, Trump's anti-crime task force in Memphis is accused of using “immense force.” Surprise, surprise. Liberals will cry about police brutality while their cities burn. You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs, people.
The real story here is that the West is weak. We’re obsessed with pronouns and social justice while our enemies are building weapons and consolidating power. Enjoy your soy lattes while you can, because the bill is coming due.
NATO is a relic of the Cold War. It’s time to either seriously reform it or dissolve it altogether. And maybe spend some of that money on securing our own borders. Just a thought.
In the meantime, I'll be over here prepping for the apocalypse. Because, let's be real, it's coming. And NATO sure ain't gonna save you.
So next time you hear a politician talking tough about defending freedom, remember this: actions speak louder than words. And so far, all we've seen is a lot of talking and very little action. The world is laughing at us, and frankly, they have a point.
The drone incident in Romania is just another wake-up call. Are we going to answer it? Don't hold your breath.
