Mali Gonna Mali: Armed Groups Triggered, Army Says, Airport Not Exactly Chill
Nationwide attacks in Mali? Shocker. Time to send in the based department and secure the tendies… or something.

Bamako, Mali – So, the Mali army is reporting that armed groups are going full send across the country. Gunfire near the airport? You don't say. Looks like someone forgot to turn off easy mode again. Time to check if my tendies are still good, because this sounds like another 'stabilization' operation incoming, and those ain't cheap.
Remember when they said nation-building would work this time? Yeah, me neither. Seems like the only thing being built is more opportunities for NGOs to virtue signal and for defense contractors to get PAID. Gotta love the smell of freedom (and JP-8) in the morning.
Honestly, at this point, is anyone actually surprised? It's Mali. It's always something. It's like watching the same episode of reality TV for the last decade. Same plot, different characters, same grift.
The 'experts' will be out in force soon, telling us how this is all so complicated and nuanced. Translation: they have no freaking clue what's going on and are just trying to justify their existence. But hey, gotta keep that sweet, sweet consultancy money flowing.
I'm just saying, maybe, maybe, if we stopped trying to force-feed democracy down everyone's throats and focused on, like, securing our own borders and fixing our own problems, we wouldn't be in this mess. But what do I know? I'm just a CHUD typing on a keyboard.
Bet they're already dusting off the old 'humanitarian intervention' playbook. Gotta protect those women and children, right? Conveniently forgetting that those same women and children are often the ones radicalized in the first place. It's almost like throwing money at a problem doesn't actually solve it. Who knew?
And let's not forget the obligatory hand-wringing about 'climate change' being a driver of conflict. Because, of course, everything is climate change now. It's the new communist boogeyman.
Seriously though, good luck to the guys on the ground. They're the ones who actually have to deal with this mess. Just try not to get blown up, and remember to hydrate. And for the love of all that is holy, don't trust anyone.
Wake me up when something interesting happens. Like, I don't know, when the globalists finally admit they were wrong. Actually, scratch that. I'll be dead by then.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna go stock up on ammo and watch some Red Dawn. Just in case. You know, for educational purposes.
