Iran War Draining Our Ammo: Time to Audit the MIC and Ask Where TF Our Taxes Are Going
The Forever War in Iran is costing us a cool billion a day, leaving the U.S. military running on fumes and sparking the question: Is this even winnable, or just another money pit?
D.C. Swamp - Another day, another trillion-dollar boondoggle courtesy of the good ol' U.S. military. Seems this little dust-up in Iran – you know, the one nobody asked for – is now costing us a billion damn dollars a day. That's according to the 'experts,' anyway. And apparently, we're running low on the boom-booms. National security correspondent Eric Schmitt is reporting the obvious: American costs extend beyond the financial, like maybe to something that actually affects you and me.
So, lemme get this straight. We're blowing through missiles and munitions faster than Hunter Biden through a bag of… never mind. And for what? To play global cop in a sandbox halfway around the world? To 'protect our interests' which conveniently align with Halliburton's profit margins? Hard pass.
Remember those endless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? Thought we learned our lesson. Apparently not. Just rinse and repeat, different desert, same shady contractors getting rich off our tax dollars. It's like Groundhog Day, but with more explosions and fewer Bill Murray cameos. Where's Phil Connors when you need him?
The 'experts' are now bleating about 'replenishing stockpiles' and 'modernizing the military.' Translation: more blank checks for Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. Meanwhile, Main Street is crumbling, inflation is eating our paychecks, and the border is about as secure as Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell. Something doesn't add up.
This isn't about 'supporting the troops.' It's about questioning the system that keeps sending them into pointless conflicts for the benefit of the elite. It's about demanding accountability from the politicians and defense contractors who profit from war. It's about saying 'enough is enough' and putting America First for real, not just as a catchy slogan.
The long-term consequences are pretty obvious: bankruptcy, both financial and moral. We can't afford to keep funding these endless wars while our own country falls apart. And we can't keep sacrificing our young men and women for a cause that nobody can even articulate. Maybe it's time to start asking the tough questions, like:
* Are we actually making the world safer, or just creating more chaos? * Who's really benefiting from these wars? * How much is enough?
The implications for international relations are equally grim. Our allies are laughing at us, our enemies are emboldened, and the world is a more dangerous place because of our reckless foreign policy. Great job, guys.
So, what's the solution? Simple: End the wars. Bring the troops home. Audit the Pentagon. And start focusing on rebuilding America. It's time to put our own house in order before we go around trying to fix everyone else's. And maybe, just maybe, we can finally drain the swamp and make America great again. Or, at least, not completely suck. The daily billion dollar price tag needs to be addressed now.
Just gonna leave this here: WAKE UP, SHEEPLE!
