Iran Reasserts Control of Hormuz Strait, Dares Biden to Do Something About It
Iranian negotiator calls potential US naval blockade a 'clumsy and ignorant decision' – translation: 'Bring it on, Sleepy Joe.'

Tehran – Iran, fresh off their latest round of nuclear enrichment cosplay, is once again flexing on the Strait of Hormuz. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, some pencil-pusher negotiator, basically told the Biden admin to pound sand regarding any potential US naval blockade, calling it a 'clumsy and ignorant decision.' Translation: they're daring us to do something. Again.
Look, the Strait of Hormuz is basically the oil spigot of the world. If Iran shuts it down, gas prices go to the moon, inflation gets even worse (thanks, Brandon!), and the libs start blaming Putin for everything (again).
This whole situation is like watching a rerun of the same bad movie. Obama gave them billions, Trump tried to play hardball (and arguably made things worse), and now Biden is back to being feckless and weak. Iran knows it. They're playing 4D chess while we're still trying to figure out how the horsey moves.
Ghalibaf’s comment is basically a middle finger to the West. He knows the current administration is more interested in pronouns and climate change than actually protecting American interests. They’re probably more worried about hurting Iran’s feelings than securing a vital waterway.
What's the plan here? Another strongly worded letter? Another pointless round of negotiations where we give away the farm for nothing? Maybe Biden will send Kamala to reason with them. That’ll solve everything. (Narrator: it won't.)
We need to stop playing patty-cake with these guys. They understand strength, not weakness. A real leader would send a carrier strike group to the region and let them know that any attempt to disrupt the Strait of Hormuz will be met with overwhelming force. But that would require… courage. And clear thinking. Two things sorely lacking in Washington these days.
Meanwhile, the rest of us are just waiting for the inevitable gas price spike so we can all virtue signal about buying electric cars we can't afford. Thanks, Dems!
So, what’s the play, Joe? Are you going to let Iran run wild and hold the world hostage, or are you going to finally grow a pair and defend American interests? Tick tock, sleepy.
This is not just about oil; it's about projecting power and letting our enemies know that we're not afraid to use it. If we don't, they'll just keep pushing until they control the entire region. Wake up, America!
