IMF Cries WOLF! Iran War Edition: Prepare for the Great Reset (Again)
Globalist mouthpiece warns of 'permanent scars' from Iran dust-up, but is it just cover for their usual shenanigans?

Okay, folks, strap in because the International Monetary Fund (IMF), that bastion of unelected globalist overlords, is back with another doom-and-gloom forecast. This time, it's the Iran war that's gonna RUIN EVERYTHING. Kristalina Georgieva, the IMF's managing director (whoever THAT is), says the war's gonna leave “permanent scars” on the global economy, even if we get a peace deal. Color me shocked.
See, they always do this. Some crisis happens (usually one they indirectly helped create), and suddenly it's time for another “Great Reset” or some other scheme to redistribute wealth and centralize power. Remember COVID? Remember climate change? Same playbook, different boogeyman.
So, what's the REAL deal? The IMF says global growth is gonna be slower in 2026 because of this Iran thing. Apparently, they were gonna upgrade their outlook before the bombs started dropping. Six weeks into this mess, and the ceasefire is already looking shaky. You know, because diplomacy is SO effective these days.
And of course, the oil price is spiking. The Strait of Hormuz, that lovely little choke point for global energy, is once again in the spotlight. Translation: Get ready to pay even MORE at the pump, peasants. Meanwhile, these elites will be sipping champagne on their yachts, insulated from the consequences of their own policies.
The IMF's World Economic Outlook report (coming soon, just in time to scare you witless) is gonna show a “permanent hit to living standards.” Surprise! Like we weren't already getting screwed by inflation and woke corporations. Last autumn, they were all excited about an “AI-driven investment boom,” but now it's all doom and gloom. Convenient, isn't it?
Georgieva claims the economy had “considerable momentum” before the war, thanks to tech investments. But now, infrastructure damage and supply chain disruptions are gonna wreck everything. Yeah, because THAT'S never happened before. The irony is so thick you could cut it with a butter knife.
She's whining about uncertainty in the Gulf and the recovery of bombed-out oil and gas facilities. “We don’t truly know what the future holds,” she says. Well, gee, maybe try not starting wars in the first place? Just a thought. She also warns that oil-importing countries, poor countries, and small-island nations are gonna get hit the hardest. Gee, who could have predicted that?
