Honduras: 16 Dead After Cops Raid a Palm Farm? Sounds About Right.
Another day, another body count south of the border. What else is new?

Alright, folks, let's cut the crap. Sixteen dead in Honduras? A cop raid and some dead palm farmers? Sounds like Tuesday. We're supposed to clutch our pearls and act surprised? Please. Honduras has been a dumpster fire since before most of you were born. Now, before the soyboys start screeching about imperialism and the inherent evils of capitalism, let's get real. This ain't some feel-good indie flick. This is real life in a country that's been screwed over by everyone from their own corrupt politicians to… well, let's just say Uncle Sam hasn't exactly been a saint. So, what really happened? Cops did a thing. Probably not a good thing. Some farmers got caught in the crossfire. Or maybe they were the target. Who knows? Who cares? (Okay, maybe someone cares, but let's be honest, the global elite sipping lattes in Brooklyn ain't losing sleep over it.) The important question is: does this affect gas prices? Will this make my tendies cost more? If not, I'm gonna go back to doomscrolling and pretending I'm informed. Look, Honduras has problems. Big problems. Corruption, crime, cartels… you name it, they got it. And let's not forget the endless stream of migrants heading north, all hoping to score some free stuff and a better life. Can't say I blame 'em, but that's a whole other can of worms. The politicians will wag their fingers, spout some platitudes, and then go back to lining their pockets. The NGOs will write reports that nobody reads. And the body count will keep climbing. So, yeah, sixteen dead in Honduras. Tragic? Sure. Surprising? Not even a little bit. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go yell at some clouds. MAGA! This is not financial advice. Or any other kind of advice. Just a rant from a guy who's tired of the BS.
