So, Hiscox, the FTSE 100 insurer, is about to get Beavered by Intact Financial Corp from the frozen wastes of Canada, eh? Shares are soaring, which is great for the suits, but what about the REAL folks? Another one bites the dust, folks. It's like watching the Empire crumble, but instead of Rome, it's… well, Britain.

Intact Financial wants to “build its commercial lines of business.” Sounds like code for “we want to replace all your employees with AI and offshore the profits.” I'm just sayin'. Maybe Hiscox went woke and now they're going broke. You know the drill.

Remember Tate & Lyle? Yeah, the sugar company. About to get gobbled up by some American behemoth, Ingredion. First they take our sugar, then they take our souls. At least they sold off their sugar arm to American Sugar Refining in 2010. Probably a great deal for someone... not me.

And Intertek? Our plucky laboratory testing heroes? Ready to bend the knee to Swedish overlords at EQT. They said they were “minded to recommend” it. Mmm-hmm. Probably after a nice chat with their shareholders and some very generous “incentives.” Peltz's kid was probably all over this. Activist investor, my foot. More like activist pillager.

The UK is basically one big liquidation sale. Everything must go! Cheap valuations, weak pound, spineless politicians... it's the perfect storm for corporate raiders. Brexit was supposed to be about taking back control, but it looks like we're just handing over the keys to the castle.

Don't even get me started on the woke-ification of everything. ESG scores, DEI initiatives... it's all designed to weaken us and make us easier to conquer. They'll be forcing the Queen to take sensitivity training next. (Okay, maybe not.)

So what's the solution? Build a wall? Bring back the Empire? Probably not. But we need to stop being so damned polite and start fighting back. Boycott these companies, support local businesses, and stop buying into the globalist BS. Maybe then, just maybe, we can save what's left of this once-great nation.
