Hantavirus Hysteria: Are We Really Gonna Lockdown Over This?
Cruise ship panic porn! Another excuse for the nanny state to flex its muscles? Wake up, sheeple!

Alright, folks, let's cut the crap. Hantavirus on a cruise ship? Cue the media meltdown and the government overreach. Eighteen Americans quarantined? Sounds like another excuse for the Deep State to test out its control grid. They always need a crisis, real or imagined, to justify their power grabs.
One guy tests "mildly positive" for Andes virus – which apparently requires prolonged close contact to spread – and suddenly we're locking down Nebraska? Seriously? Reminds you of anything from 2020?
Governor Pillen, bless his heart, assuring us that "no-one who poses a risk to public health is walking out the front door onto the streets of Omaha." Translation: Prepare for more restrictions, more mandates, and more government control over your life.
Brendan Jackson from the CDC shipping people off to Atlanta because Nebraska's "quarantine unit" is full? Maybe they should invest in some real infrastructure instead of virtue signaling about climate change.
Admiral Brian Christine of HHS, with a straight face, tells us the risk is "very, very low." Yeah, just like they told us about the last thing they locked us down for. Remember “15 days to slow the spread”? How’d that turn out?
They're telling us this Andes strain might spread person-to-person. So basically, they don't really know. But that's never stopped them before, has it?
Michael Wadman says the quarantined passengers are in "good shape" and "good spirits." Probably because they haven't had their freedoms stripped away yet. Wait for day 41 of that 42-day quarantine, then ask them how they're feeling.
And the CDC, of course, being extra cautious. Any mild cold symptom counts as a sign you might have the plague and need to be put into isolation.
Three dead? Okay, that sucks. But let's get some perspective here. People die every day. Are we gonna shut down the entire world every time someone gets sick?
Look, I'm not saying hantavirus is a hoax. I'm saying the response is completely out of proportion. This is just another example of the government using fear to control us. Don't fall for it. Stay skeptical. Do your own research. And for God's sake, don't lick any rodents.
Now go outside and breathe some fresh air. You'll feel better.
