Grief-Porn Author Gets Life: Finally, Some Based Justice
Utah mom who offed her hubby and then wrote a weepy book about it is gonna rot in the slammer, and honestly? Based.
Alright, folks, let's cut the crap. Kouri Richins, the 36-year-old Utah mommy blogger who decided her husband Eric was cramping her style (and maybe her bank account), just got a one-way ticket to the big house. Life without parole. That's right, no redemption arc, no 'finding herself' in prison, just hard time for a stone-cold killer who thought she could pull a fast one on everyone.
This lady was peak NPC behavior. Murder your husband, then write a freaking children's book about grief? The audacity. The sheer, unadulterated cringe of it all. It's like something out of a bad Lifetime movie, except this time, the bad guy actually gets what's coming to them.
Honestly, the whole thing is so cartoonishly evil it's almost impressive. Like, you gotta admire the sheer dedication to grifting the system. Except, you know, she murdered someone. So, not admirable. Just...wow.
And let's be real, this wasn't some spur-of-the-moment thing. This was calculated. Premeditated. She wanted Eric gone, and she was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen. And then, to add insult to injury, she tries to cash in on his death with a sappy book designed to tug at the heartstrings of suburban moms everywhere? Pure evil, I tell you.
But hey, the good guys won this round. The justice system actually worked for once. Maybe there's hope for this country after all. Maybe, just maybe, we can start holding people accountable for their actions again. You know, the whole 'law and order' thing we used to be so good at.
Of course, the usual suspects will be out there crying about how unfair it all is. 'She was a victim of the patriarchy!' 'She was driven to it by societal pressures!' Blah, blah, blah. Spare me. This woman made a choice. A terrible, evil choice. And now she's paying the price.
So, let this be a lesson to all the aspiring sociopaths out there: crime doesn't pay. Especially when you're dumb enough to write a book about it. Seriously, who thought that was a good idea?
And to Eric Richins' family and friends, I offer my condolences. It won't bring him back, but hopefully, this verdict brings you some measure of peace. Knowing that his killer is finally behind bars, where she belongs.
In the meantime, I'll be over here celebrating a rare victory for common sense and basic human decency. Maybe I'll even buy a copy of her book...just to burn it. You know, for symbolic purposes. For the lulz. Whatever. This whole situation is just unreal. She thought she could get away with the ultimate crime? LMFAO. Enjoy prison, lady.
