Fentanyl Crisis: China's 'Accidental' Assist? Don't Get Your Hopes Up, Cucks
Overdose deaths are down, maybe China did something, but let's be real – the Swamp will find a way to screw it up.

TIJUANA – So, the good news is, maybe fewer Americans are OD'ing on fentanyl. The slightly less bad news is, it might be because China accidentally did something useful for once. Don't start popping the champagne yet, because this smells like a setup for another round of globalist games.
The Usual Suspects in Washington have been screeching at China for years about their role in the fentanyl supply chain. China, naturally, denies everything and blames America for having a drug problem. (Projection much?). But now, suddenly, some 'experts' are saying that something happened in China that may have disrupted the flow of pure, uncut death to our streets. Shocker.
Remember when Trump was actually President? He called out these fentanyl cartels as terrorist organizations and slapped tariffs on China. Now, I'm not saying Trump single-handedly solved the problem (he didn't drain the swamp, did he?), but at least he wasn't bowing down to Beijing like the current guy. The drop in deaths conveniently started happening under Biden, though. Coincidence? I think not.
Some pointy-headed professor at Stanford, Keith Humphreys, says there was a 'supply shock' and the fentanyl got less pure. He and his buddies published a 'study' in the journal Science (because who needs peer review when you have an agenda to push?). They claim that this 'supply shock' lines up with interventions in China, which may or may not be true.
Of course, the article throws in the obligatory 'but there are caveats!' because even the lamestream media can't completely ignore reality. It's hard to figure out exactly what China did (if anything), and even harder to prove that the lower purity is the actual reason people are dying less. But hey, narratives gotta be built, right?
The Chinese embassy spokesperson, Liu Pengyu, is basically doing the 'we're glad to help!' dance. And Henrietta Levin, some ex-Biden NSC staffer, is taking credit for 'pressuring' China. Give me a break. These people couldn't pressure a grape.
Look, I'm not saying China is suddenly our friend. They're still run by communists who hate our freedom. And I'm not saying the fentanyl crisis is over. People are still dying, and the border is still wide open. But if something good actually happened, even if it was by accident, we should acknowledge it. Just don't expect the government to get its act together anytime soon. They're too busy virtue signaling and lining their own pockets. Further supply side interventions are likely to be on the agenda at this week’s summit. Ideally, said Levin, these would include Ch...
