Cucked Opposition Gets Tear-Gassed: Turkey Edition
Three-day sit-in ends with sad trombone noises as Turkish police remind the CHP who's boss.

So, the CHP, Turkey's version of the perpetually-owned-and-humiliated opposition party, decided to play revolutionary and squat in their offices for three days. What did they think was going to happen? Did they expect Erdogan to send them flowers and a fruit basket?
Narrator: He didn't.
Instead, the Turkish police showed up and reminded them that grown-ups are in charge. Tear gas and rubber bullets were deployed, and the CHP leadership probably soiled themselves a little. You hate to see it... no, wait, you love to see it.
This is what happens when you try to LARP as some kind of resistance movement. You get tear-gassed. Maybe next time, instead of playing Che Guevara, they should focus on, you know, winning an election.
But hey, at least they got some good photo ops for their Twitter feeds. 'Resisting!' 'Speaking truth to power!' Translation: 'We're losing, badly, and we have no idea what we're doing.'
Meanwhile, Erdogan is probably laughing his fez off. He's playing 4D chess while the CHP is still trying to figure out how the pieces move. Sad!
Someone get these guys a safe space and a participation trophy. They need it. Seriously, though, this is a prime example of what happens when the opposition is weak and feckless. They become a joke. A tear-gassed joke, but a joke nonetheless.
The real lesson here? Don't bring a protest sign to a tear gas fight. And maybe, just maybe, try having some actual ideas instead of just whining about the government. But hey, that's just, like, my opinion, man.
Now, where's the footage of them running away? That's the real content we need. chef's kiss
Forget the 'global elites,' these are the local elites. Pathetic. Reminds you of our own RINOs.
The CHP should take note from actual winning conservatives. Get based, get strong, get in power.
The CHP staged a 3-day sit-in, cops ended it quickly. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Real Talk: Hope no one was seriously hurt, but the schadenfreude is real.
