Clown World: Activist Obama Judge Shuts Down Common-Sense Rules to Make Sure Only Citizens Vote
Stephen Miller drops truth bombs on 'rogue' federal judiciary after Massachusetts judge blocks basic citizenship verification for voter registration.

In a completely predictable move, an Obama-appointed activist judge in Massachusetts just struck down President Trump’s executive order aimed at doing something wild and crazy: making sure only American citizens vote in American elections. U.S. District Judge Denise J. Casper ruled on Tuesday that major parts of the March 25, 2025, executive order, "Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections," somehow violated the Constitution. Apparently, ensuring basic election security is now considered a bridge too far for the black-robed cartel.
This legal circus has been dragging on for over a year, ever since a coalition of 19 blue states—led by California's progressive champion AG Rob Bonta—ran to the courts to stop the administration from securing the ballot box. Judge Casper, who previously did the expected thing by issuing a preliminary injunction to freeze the rules, has now made it permanent. Thanks to this ruling, the federal government is blocked from implementing basic security measures that the vast majority of normal citizens support.
In her ruling, Judge Casper went full legalist, claiming the president has absolutely "no direct role" in appointing electors and zero authority over the state officials who do. She wrote that the executive order went beyond enforcing existing law and tried to create new election rules unilaterally. It's the classic state-level excuse: let the states run their elections, even if some of those states are actively fighting against basic voter ID and citizenship checks.
Let’s look at what this activist judge actually blocked. The ruling permanently stops the administration from requiring actual documentary proof of citizenship on federal voter registration forms. Yes, you read that right—asking for proof of citizenship to vote is now officially blocked by a federal court. The ruling also struck down common-sense adjustments to military and overseas voting, and stopped the White House from threatening to yank federal funding from states that count sketchy ballots received way after Election Day.
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller didn’t hold back in his response, taking to social media to put the entire judiciary on blast. Miller directly called out Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, stating he hopes Roberts "understands the path these rogue judges have charted for the judiciary." It's a clear warning to the establishment Supreme Court, which has spent years playing passive while lower-court activists systematically dismantle common-sense administrative policies.
The establishment, of course, is taking a victory lap. California AG Rob Bonta was practically glowing, boasting about how they sued to stop the big bad Trump administration from protecting the ballot box. Bonta claimed they successfully fought off "unilateral voting restrictions," showing once again that the ruling class is terrified of actual, verifiable election standards.
"We sued President Trump over his attempt to unilaterally impose voting restrictions across the country — and we won," Bonta bragged. "Today, a federal district court ruled that every provision we challenged in the Executive Order is unlawful and reaffirmed that the power to regulate elections is reserved to the States and Congress."
But the fight is far from over. While the activist courts are busy protecting loopholes, President Trump was on Capitol Hill rallying GOP lawmakers. After canceling the signing of a housing bill, Trump met with senators to discuss the Save America Act, which would legislate these exact security measures into law. Trump kept it 100, calling out the far-left candidates as straight-up "communists" and reminding everyone why securing our elections and addressing issues like the weak Iran nuclear deal are critical to keeping the country from falling apart.
This ruling is just another reminder that the deep state judicial system will do whatever it takes to block basic election security. While activist judges continue to run interference for blue-state loopholes, the administration is making it clear that the battle for the integrity of our elections is moving straight to Congress.
