Clocking in at a blistering 1 hour, 59 minutes, and 30 seconds, Sawe proved that hard work and dedication still mean something, even in this age of participation trophies and pronoun declarations.

Suddenly, all those 'running is problematic' think pieces look even dumber, don't they? Sawe shattered the previous world record by a whopping 65 seconds. Bet the gender studies majors at Oberlin can't even fathom running for 65 minutes, let alone at that pace.

Not to be outdone, Yomif Kejelcha of Ethiopia also went sub-2 (1:59:41), and Jacob Kiplimo of Uganda broke the old record too (2:00:28). Guess East Africa didn't get the memo about 'toxic masculinity' in sports. They're too busy winning.

Our boy Sawe, a lean, mean, running machine at 29, straight up bodied the competition. He even had the audacity to thank the crowd, saying, "What comes today is not for me alone, but for all of us today in London." Talk about a humble king!

Sawe went full throttle in the second half, finishing it in a ridiculous 59 minutes and 1 second. He left Kejelcha eating his dust in the final two kilometers. The only thing faster is the rate at which leftists find something to whine about online.

The ladies weren't slacking either. Tigst Assefa of Ethiopia smoked the competition in the women's race with a 2:15:41, the fastest time ever in a women's-only marathon. Sorry, not sorry, Paula Radcliffe. Maybe next time try running without all the virtue signaling.

Meanwhile, in the wheelchair races, Marcel Hug (Switzerland) continued his reign of terror, grabbing his sixth straight title. Catherine Debrunner (also Switzerland) defended her title, proving that even in a world gone soft, winners still exist. And they're probably not reading this article, because they're busy training.

So, while the blue-haired activists are busy protesting something or other, Sabastian Sawe is out there breaking records and making history. What have you accomplished lately, besides crafting the perfect avocado toast?

This whole thing is just another reminder that the old ways are still the best ways. Hard work, discipline, and a healthy dose of 'get off my lawn' attitude will always triumph over woke nonsense. Now go outside and run a mile, you snowflakes.
