Another One Back: Aussie Woman Returns from Syria, Immediately Gets the Clamps
Seven years in a detention camp, and now she's back home getting greeted by the fuzz – guess radical Islamic tourism isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Alright, folks, strap in, because the sequel to 'Aussie Goes to Syria, Gets Woke' just dropped. This sheila spent seven years chilling (not really) in Syrian detention camps, presumably thinking about the 'caliphate' and all that jazz. Now, she's back on Aussie soil, and wouldn't you know it, she's getting the VIP treatment from the AFP.
Apparently, joining ISIS isn't exactly a free pass to wander around the world scot-free. Who knew? The charges? Entering a declared conflict zone and, wait for it, joining the Islamic State. Shocking, I know. Seems like someone wasn't paying attention in their 'How Not to Get Arrested' seminar.
Seriously, though, what did she expect? A welcome parade? A medal of honor for services to... uh... radical Islam? The reality is a Downing Centre local court appearance and a potential stint in the slammer. Serves her right, frankly. You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
This whole situation is peak clown world. We're bending over backward to deal with people who actively tried to tear down Western civilization. It's like inviting termites into your house and then wondering why the walls are collapsing.
And let's not forget the inevitable sob stories about how she was 'brainwashed' or 'coerced.' Spare me. ISIS wasn't handing out pamphlets at the local library; people knew what they were signing up for. Plenty of other folks end up in tough situations and don't decide to pledge allegiance to a death cult.
Now, the virtue signaling brigade will be out in force, demanding 'rehabilitation' and 'understanding.' I'm all for understanding how stupid choices lead to stupid consequences. But let's not pretend that a few therapy sessions are going to magically undo years of radical indoctrination. Two other women are facing similar charges in Melbourne.
What about the victims of ISIS? The people they beheaded, enslaved, and terrorized? Do they get a rehabilitation program? Somehow, I doubt it.
The real question is: how many more of these characters are we going to let back in? It's time to draw a line in the sand and say, 'If you decide to join a terrorist organization, you're on your own.' No free ride back to Australia, no taxpayer-funded therapy, just a one-way ticket to irrelevance.
But hey, maybe I'm just a heartless monster. Or maybe I just value the safety and security of my country over the feelings of someone who decided to become a tool of Islamic extremism. You decide.
