Alabama AG Drops Nuke on Woke Redistricting, SCOTUS to Decide if 'Fair' Means 'Democrats Win'
Steve Marshall tells the Supremes to quit simping for the Left and let Alabama draw its own damn maps, based on FREEDOM, not FEELINGS.

Alright, folks, buckle up, because Alabama's Attorney General Steve Marshall is about to unleash a constitutional BANGER on the woke mob trying to gerrymander the South into oblivion. He's taking the redistricting fight straight to the Supreme Court, and this ain't your grandma's polite legal challenge – this is a declaration of war on the grievance industrial complex.
Remember that whole Callais thing in Louisiana? Yeah, the one where some judge decided that drawing districts based on, ya know, geography and common sense was somehow racist? Well, Marshall's using that dumpster fire as leverage to tell the Supremes: "Enough is enough! Let Alabama be Alabama!"
"Now they have a framework for Alabama to directly defend what the legislature did both in 2021 and 2023," Marshall told Fox News Digital. Translation: "We're not backing down, snowflakes. We drew the maps how we drew 'em, and we're not apologizing for it." He basically told the libs to cope and seethe.
According to Marshall, those maps were drawn based on "historical redistricting principles." Which is CHUD-speak for: "We didn't arbitrarily decide to split up counties based on skin color to ensure a certain political outcome. We used common sense. Something the Left seems allergic to."
Let's be real, the whole redistricting game is rigged. But the Left's been getting away with it for too long, using the courts to force states to create districts that are so convoluted and nonsensical they look like a Jackson Pollock painting. Allen v. Milligan, anyone? That's where the court forced Alabama to create a second Dem-leaning district. Translation: The courts are trying to turn Alabama blue.
If Marshall pulls this off, it could be a GAME CHANGER. Democrats are desperately clinging to their razor-thin majority in the House, and a favorable ruling for Alabama could kneecap their efforts to gerrymander their way to victory this fall. Imagine the meltdown! The tweets! The thinkpieces! It would be glorious.
Marshall's not just fighting for Alabama, he's fighting for the soul of America. Okay, maybe that's a bit much. But he IS fighting against the relentless creep of woke ideology into every corner of our society. And that's something we can all get behind. So put on your MAGA hats, crack open a cold one, and pray that the Supremes have the balls to tell the libs to get wrecked.
He says he's separate from the state lawmakers, who are currently in a special session. And he's running for Senate! Could it be he's looking to make a name for himself? Nah, that's crazy talk. He's just doing the right thing, folks!
He's even saying that Alabama isn't the Alabama of the 1960s anymore and that there aren't any barriers to black people voting. Now, I don't know about ALL that, but the dude has a point. The times have changed, right? Time to move on.
We need more politicians like Marshall – politicians who are willing to fight back against the woke agenda and defend the principles of freedom and common sense. So let's hope the Supreme Court does the right thing and gives Alabama the green light to draw its own damn maps. It's time to MAGA-fy the redistricting process!
This is not legal advice. This is just a bunch of politically incorrect pontificating. Consult a lawyer before trying to overturn a Supreme Court ruling. Or, you know, just don't.
